2)Allen/Roe- 0 points 10 fouls isn't exactly a hot start for Roe. The concussion has obviously slowed him down. I think he will be fine as the season gets going. Allen- Wow i didn't realize how long it takes him to get a shot off. I have been impressed early with his defense. This will be a good chance for him to get his shot clicking....hopefully.

if he keeps playing like he has so far and all of last year I'd rather see Dahlman out there.

Chris Allen is the most overhyped player in the Izzo era. He is a turnover waiting to happen. He can make all the shots in Midnight Madness and in practice. He will be the reason that State falters this year. No confidence at all. Is there still time to trade Delvon Roe back to Carolina for their team manager?

.. was betrayed by Izzo even worse than Izzo betrayed Joseph. Izzo kept Dahlman hoping for actualy court time by routinely promising in ink and to the press he was going to get Dahlman floor time. All that was Izzo stickin' the knife in deeper! Sad! Dahlman's definitely a better defensive player than Allen. And you can argue about Allen having a better offensive capability, but he hardly ever shows it when it means something. Even his 20 points UNC was after the fact when UNC was just in scrimmage mode. Dahlman at least puts 6 to 12 up every time he's on the floor for comparable minutes, whether it's good comp or bad! Izzo just screwed Dahlman over big time!!

Best player through two and a half games is 6'5 pg Lorenzo Brown of Hargrave. He's headed to NC State and dropped 20, 11 assists, 6 boards, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. He has a bright future ahead of him.

Tomorrow and Sunday New Hampton with Michigan recuit Evan Smotrycz.

Also the loan Michigan bred player Judd Thornton is now with the Kiski School (PA) and they go tomorrow and Sunday.

.... makes some sense. FTN saw Powers smoke Northwood for about 20 points in one half in a Northwood/LCC scrimmage. Northwood needs some wing shooters and Powers sure looked like he could shoot the 3 ball that game! Had to impress Northwood's coaching! Good for Powers!!

There'll also be scrimmages at Okemos HS on Saturday that will feature Dewitt, Williamston, Mt. Pleasant, and Okemos.

Northville is also hosting scrimmages

Livonia Franklin has a scrimmage on 11/24

on 12/3 Novi hosts OLSM, Berkley, and Hartland

Other scrimmages at Detroit Loyola and Romulus the weekend after.
